Our chef Franck R. and his team will do everything in their power to take you on a journey to the heart of the Hauts de France, and discover all the culinary heritage the region has to offer. All this at the l'Aquarelle restaurant in The Originals City, Hôtel Cambrai from Monday to Thursday, evenings only; weekends by prior arrangement for groups.

Dishes are made from fresh produce and cooked directly on site to delight your taste buds in the best possible conditions. Menus are regularly updated to offer you a wide choice of options. At the l'Aquarelle restaurant, you can choose from a wide range of meal options: main course only, starter + main course, main course + dessert or starter + main course + dessert. It's also here that you can enjoy breakfast or a drink at the bar, for a warm and friendly atmosphere.

For professionals, the Soirée Étape package offers a full meal, overnight stay and breakfast at a preferential rate.

As well as offering delicious food, l'Aquarelle can also cater for your important events such as parties, receptions and other group meals. All reservations are required, so you can enjoy the moment while our teams take care of everything for you.
